All I can say is I've been going through hell with them. Please be careful if your thinking of playing on here. They say I breached there terms and conditions but I provided all the proof to them that they asked for. They will get you in any way possible and deactivate your account after a BIG win. I thought this company was legit and I liked the games. I cooperated and provided everything they asked and they were only lying to me through it all. This company definitely needs to be investigated. Customer service is very disrespectful and unprofessional Everytime I file a complaint they automatically close it and mark as solved. Most 5 star reviews on here they were invited on here to review probably to cover up the true negative reviews that people should see. They only pay out some people and they keep other peoples winnings. I'm gonna do everything it takes to receive what is rightfully owed to me.
This company is refusing to pay me my pending redemptions.
